*Customer is responsible for reprogramming core specifically to their vehicle by an authorized Allison dealer.
**Customer may reinstall your own PROM or contact us about possible PROM replacement.
Send us your core within 45 days of invoice date. We will inspect and test it in order to establish repairability.
An unrepairable core return is ineligible for a core charge credit return.
If core is returned late, restocking fees may apply:
15% FEE AFTER 45 DAYS
30% FEE AFTER 60 DAYS
NOT ACCEPTABLE AFTER 90 DAYS
